Azzam Tamimi

Azzam Tamimi (1955, Hebron, West Bank) is a British-Palestinian political activist, author, and academic. He is known for his strong criticism of British foreign policy regarding Israel and Palestine, as well as his support for Hamas (designated a terrorist organization by the UK, US, and EU). He served as the director of the Institute for Palestinian Studies in London. He lives in the United Kingdom, where he continues to write and speak publicly.
