Read what he's saying here and take it seriously. To him, you are not British if you don't worship the NHS and BBC: it's purely the institutions of society that matter, which is why the people are fungible and can be replaced as long as the institutions survive. This is a kind of wet fascism, where the state is the god that exists eternally and crafts the people in its image. The irony is, of course, that legacy 20th Century institutions are not eternal, they are temporal, fallible, and unfit for purpose now. It also ludicrously implies that Nelson and Wellington were not British as they didn't sacrifice their firstborn to the holy NHS or BBC. Torsten won't engage with these critiques because he can't, indeed, he will likely block me because he's Swedish.

Carl Benjamin: It should really go without saying…

It should really go without saying that punitive partisan policies that target sections of the electorate for voting in the "wrong" way is distinctly un-British and, frankly, shameful. Threatening sections of the electorate with punishment, in the form of placing dangerous migrant camps in their midst, might seem like a clever strategy on the surface, but it attacks something foundational concealed beneath our politics and is deeply unwise. We are a nation and, as Edmund Burke argued, have shared national interests that go beyond our provincial concerns. These interests go beyond the mere material. The unspoken assumption of Britain is that, despite any political divides, we are British and therefore will treat one another in a manner that recognises the fundamental legitimacy of the other person and their claim to a decent life. Regardless of disputes, they ought to be able to go about their day comfortably and safe in the knowledge that this is their country and they belong to it. This is the psychic fabric that itself has been damaged by mass immigration: bringing in millions of people from countries who do not have this special attitude is what brings about the intangible feeling of unease that causes "white flight". It's why the country feels less safe, whether or not it actually is, and why people wish to live among people like themselves. The world becomes predictable and you can feel at your ease that tomorrow will be like today, and today will be like yesterday. Carving up areas of the country into ideological chunks that can be dealt a cruel hand because of their voting record is the hard edge of politics that we really must avoid. Ideology turns countrymen into enemies, brother against brother, over ephermeral abstractions that have devastating and permanent consequences. The ideological politics of the Blair era is what brought these problems to our doors in the first place. It was understood by them that "rubbing the right's nose in diversity" was a punishment, to be weaponised against their enemies. The logical conclusion of this was Zack Polanski's building a society without the right entirely. The Green-voting areas targeted by Reform are well-to-do white areas of the country, who have not yet had to live with the consequences of their politics. This is the axel around which the emotional impact of the policy hinges, and reveals the horror of what Reform plan to do. Yes, they're stupid, but they are going to be like babes in the woods in the face of it. Reform have taken up the destructive politics of ideology from the other direction, and if we look at what it has brought into existence without the mystifying lens of political ideology, it seems monstrous. In concrete terms, what we are seeing is a Muslim man who is threatening British men, women, and children with the rapes and murders caused by unvetted illegals co-religionists in order to gain political power. Why should we think he would stop there? Such behaviour ought not to be rewarded. This kind of ideological politics is completely alien to British life, and very foreign way of approaching the political dispensation of the country. It is a direct attack on the psychic fabric of the nation and renders us into two opposed and irreconcilable camps, where the human feeling that bound us together is severed. It also solidifies the control that ideology has over both sides: once one is attacked by the other, the victim will feel obliged to respond in kind. We must rise above this kind of politics before it destroys the precious metaphysical inheritence of the nation and forever drags us down into a place from which we cannot escape.

Miss Gomez, we are not really interested in this kind of confrontational slop-right political posturing here. It doesn't work, it doesn't persuade, it just gets you banned from things. I can't help but notice that you have failed to take the measure of what is actually happening in Britain. It is not merely that there are Muslims here that is the problem, and if you were going to pick a Muslim to insult, Shabana Mahmood is actually a pretty poor choice as she's currently deporting a lot of foreigners. The hysterical tone of your response belies the incredibly feminine nature of your worldview. You seem to have no self-control and no theory of mind for people other than yourself. I'm sure being fat is a real concern for an unmarried 26-year-old woman, but as a 46-year-old married father of 4, it really doesn't bother me. Instead of considering that perhaps I have a point, you attempted to engage in some bizarre cat-fight with me through hyper-masculine posturing as if you were some transgender chihuahua. Needless to say, I'm not impressed. It's almost impossible to overlook the irony of your activism. You feel like a South Park parody come to life, like their Jennifer Lopez character saying "I'm heer to sayve the Weest!" when you are literally a Columbian immigrant, and upon being banned from a white country your first thought is to literally break in. Must be in the blood. Put simply, I'm glad you're banned from Britain, and if I were the home secretary, I would ban you myself. Not only are you an offensive foreigner, which is grounds enough to have you banned, but you are also incapable of following the rules, or even engaging with your fellow man through the lens of Christian good-will. We are on a mission from God to save England from the ravaging hordes of barbarians, you are on a mission from your uterus to monopolise as much attention as humanly possible. We are not the same and you are no use to us.

Carl Benjamin: It's so strange that Keir Starmer…

It's so strange that Keir Starmer is the best Labour have got, and even then he is leading their party into wrack and ruin. Labour is basically over at this point, a zombie party walking, and have no hope of recovery. No shining stars, no guiding lights, and no natural constituency left: just mediocre midwits desperately trying to make managerial liberalism work in the face of a world that is actively rejecting it. The Conservatives are no better since they take their moral marching orders from Labour, and hence have put a literal immigrant in charge of their party. Reform are currently whining about racism on social media whilst employing actual Boriswavers as candidates. This isn't the right-flank of anything, it's just more managerial liberalism that interpellates humans as fungible units. On the left flank of the establishment is a gormless lunatic who has decided to become the communist pied piper for idealistic young fools who think doing more of the same will yield different results. Behind which is a sinister army of people who we already know will not tolerate their goonish antics were they to score a victory. The only substantive alternative to this ridiculous state of affairs is Rupert Lowe and Restore Britain. There is literally nobody else with the willpower to cut through the circus and get to the heart of the matter. We need an unflinching countenance in the face of what is coming, and only Rupert has the grim resolve to push on. Every other politician is a careerist washout or part of the lunatic fringe.
